Some readers come here to actively learn Norwegian. Others are simply curious about Norway — how people live, what they eat, how society works, and what lies behind the stereotypes.
For language learners, many texts are available in both English and Norwegian, often with vocabulary lists and Q&A to support understanding. For others, the blog can be read simply as insight into Norway and Norwegian life.
The blog is openly accessible and is used by universities as part of their learning resources for students of Norwegian.
